Customer service
The purchase of a Suter product means that you have acquired a Swiss quality product. We offer the same quality in our services throughout Switzerland. Our team is committed, competent and multi-lingual. Minor problems can often be solved directly over the telephone. If not, we will arrange for an on-site service appointment. A service technician will be dispatched promptly. Our service staff covers all of Switzerland and carries a wide range of replacement parts in their service vehicles. For other product segments, the service organisation of the respective manufacturer is available at any time.
