Sampling information for BlackRange and IceDesign™
Why is sampling recommended for BlackRange and IceDesign™?
Our premium BlackRange and IceDesign™ surfaces both feature unique textures. Each of these panels is unique, as the structure cannot be reproduced due to the manufacturing process. We therefore recommend personal sampling at our premises so you can individually select the surfaces you want.
Sampling procedure and appropriate time
Once you have given the kitchen installer the order for your kitchen, the sampling is done at our factory for stainless steel custom-made products. The panel you select will then be reserved just for you. Ideally, the sampling appointment should take place about 6 weeks before the kitchen installation date. Please allow a total of approx. one and a half hours to select the panel you want. Our technical advisor Nobert Gampp will support you in the selection process and will also be happy to answer any individual questions you may have.
Meeting point
Our technical advisor will meet you at the head office reception (Schachenstrasse 20) on the 2nd floor or at the factory for stainless steel custom-made products (Steinzelgstrasse 5). The exact meeting point will be determined together when you make the appointment.
