Our commitment to tomorrow
Suter Inox has been combining tradition and innovation for over 75 years to create top-quality kitchen solutions. The responsible use of resources is a top priority for the Swiss family-run company. This commitment is evident in its efforts to keep product processing locally based at its Schinznach-Bad location, as well as in its use of photovoltaic systems, short transport routes and development of long-lasting products.
With its launch of the Green Line product range, Suter Inox is once again underscoring this commitment to environmental responsibility. The new products combine outstanding quality with extremely eco-friendly stainless steel. With this range, Suter Inox is creating kitchen solutions that are not just made for today, but for the future too.

What sets Green Line apart? Its impressive sustainability
The manufacturing process used for this eco-friendly stainless steel reduces CO₂ emissions by up to 92% compared to the global average. This is achieved by using low-carbon electricity in production and low-carbon raw materials, such as recycled steel. As a result, this stainless steel contributes significantly to reducing the carbon footprint and is the most eco-friendly stainless steel worktop material on the market to date.
At the same time, this sustainable version offers the same premium properties as conventional stainless steel: robustness, hygiene and corrosion resistance – without compromising on quality.
A carrier board in a class of its own: locally sourced and solvent-free
The Green Line stainless steel surfaces are bonded to eco-friendly carrier boards. These are made from local, certified Swiss wood and are processed using bio-based adhesive. The carrier boards help to create a healthy indoor climate, and thanks to their sturdy design they are also suitable for use in exposed areas, for example over dishwashers or steam cookers.
The benefits of choosing Green Line at a glance
- Up to 92% less CO₂ emissions generated during stainless steel production.
- Certified Swiss wood used for the carrier boards.
- Zero-emission bonding for a healthy indoor climate.
- Processed locally in Switzerland to ensure short transport routes and boost the local economy.
- Long lifespan and high quality for sustainable kitchen solutions.
